Bento4d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bento4d platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bento4d platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any changes to the terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.
The bento4d platform is strictly for individual adults aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on bento4d. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. bento4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. You are fully accountable for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the bento4d support team immediately through the support channel in your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Bento4d users agree to use this platform for lawful and personal purposes only. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, system manipulation, or interference with other users is strictly prohibited.
Specific Prohibitions
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Sharing or transferring your account balance to a third party without authorisation
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information
- Abusing promotional offers or bonuses through unauthorised methods
- Taking any action that compromises the integrity or security of the platform
- Using the platform outside permitted geographical jurisdictions
Breaching any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any existing balance, with no obligation on bento4d's part to make any refund.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the bento4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, FPX, and other local online banking options listed in your account.
Transaction Terms
- Minimum deposits and withdrawal limits are subject to the chosen payment method and may change
- The bank account name must match the name registered on your bento4d account for withdrawals to be processed
- Bento4d reserves the right to freeze any transactions suspected of fraud while an investigation is carried out
- Confirmed transactions cannot be reversed except with explicit approval from the support team
- All deposits are final once credited to the platform account
Bento4d is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment service providers during transaction processing.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Bento4d does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. We are not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Bento4d's maximum liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount of the active deposit held in the user's account at the time of the incident.
Users access the platform at their own risk. bento4d is not liable for any betting decisions made based on information found on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bento4d platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of bento4d or its licensors. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. bento4d has no control over the content of those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Bento4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe a user has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated applicable law. In the event of closure due to a breach, bonus balances and promotional funds will be forfeited. Real money balances are subject to investigation before being processed for withdrawal.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Approved account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to Terms
Bento4d reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the bento4d platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any further action is taken.
